Bringing together considerable experience from the exhaust industry we have a wealth of knowledge cutting exhaust manifolds and flanges, but we are looking to establish new business opportunities. With our LVD Helius 2KW laser (bed size of 2.5m x 1.25m) we are able to precision cut;

Mild steel - 0.9mm to 12mm
Stainless steel - 0.9mm to 6mm
Aluminum (NS4) - 0.5mm to 2.5mm
Acrylics - 5mm to 10mm
MDF - 3mm to 25mm

We use the latest CAD/CAM programs to process orders both accurately and effectively and we do not charge drawing fees. In addition we offer bespoke designs.
