Using either your drawings or patterns we can reproduce profiles ranging from a simple 2 bolt flange to bespoke artwork in a variety of materials.

How it works

Firstly an image is converted into reference points from a drawing. The drawing is then programmed into the laser cutter. Generation of the laser beam involves stimulating laser gas by electrical discharges or lamps within a closed container. As the laser gas is stimulated the beam is reflected internally by means of a partial mirror, until it achieves sufficient energy to escape into a lens. Mirrors are typically used to direct the beam through the lens, which then focuses the beam onto the work zone. The narrowest part of the focused beam is generally less than 0.32mm in diameter.
